Hey, there! I’m Alicia.
I'm a personal trainer who is committed to fostering a supportive and approachable fitness environment, I particularly enjoy guiding women who are new to fitness and/or are seeking balance in their lives in discovering how much fun a fitness journey can be. My goal is to help everyone feel welcome. With NASM-CPT certification, as well as a virtual coaching specialist certification, a friendly and encouraging demeanor, and a passion for empowerment, I’m here to show you the ropes on your wellness journey. I can’t wait to help you achieve your goals and build sustainable wellness habits.
In my spare time I enjoy running 5k races, yoga, hiking, taking my dogs to the dog park, a cup of coffee with a good book or friends, and spending time with my husband and daughter.

Packages & Info
There are two packages available: a one-month and a three-month package—but no matter which one you pick, your success is my ultimate goal and you can count on me as your pal on the path to sustainable fitness.
What equipment will I need? All you need is comfortable workout clothes and a willing attitude. If you have access to hand weights that’s a plus, but together we can design an effective workout plan using just body weight. You don’t need a gym membership or any fancy equipment to succeed!
I’ll be with you every step of the way. No matter what package you choose you can expect same-day responses to text/email communication Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. t0 3 p.m. Mountain Time. If outside of these hours, you can expect a response the next business day (unless previously communicated special circumstances exist). I maintain a small client load so each of my clients is given the upmost care and attention.
I offer both a 1-month and a 3-month contract option as well as contract add-ons to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. These contracts include things like individualized workout plans, tailored to your specific needs, and routine check-ins. Contact me for package specifics and pricing!

It all starts with a conversation so you can decide if I’m the right fit and I can get to know your needs and concerns. Don’t worry if you don’t know where to start—I know what questions to ask!

45-min Intake Call
After you book a package and sign a waiver, the real fun begins! I’ll guide you though an initial fitness assessment and we’ll set some goals together. This process will help me design a plan custom to you.

Within 5 business days of our intake call you will receive a personalized workout plan tailored to your specific goals and needs.
